BACKGROUND
The County agrees to pay UTMB fees charged for services rendered within 45 days of the invoce date (2.1.1)
UTMB agrees to provide health care services to the County's Eligible Residents (2.2.1)
UTMB agrees to provide the health care services performed for a fee based on 35% of the UTMB billed charges for such services in effect at UTMB at the time services are performed (3.1)
