The Urban County Program (UCP) is requesting approval of an Amendment to a Professional Engineering Service Contract with Quintanilla, Headley & Associates. The Amendment will increase the contract amount of $162,980.00 by $8,000.00, for a total amount of $170,980.00 and will include additional scope of services for the Delta Area Connector/ East Lateral Colonia Infrastructure – Tijerina Estates and Sunrise Subdivision Project.
BACKGROUND
Urban County Program is requesting approval of an amendment to a professional service contract approved on May 22, 2012. The original contract amount of $162,980.00 included the Engineering, Topographic Surveying, Geotechnical Surveying and Construction Management & Material Testing services for Pct. 1 Delta Area Connector/ East Lateral Project (GLO Contract No. 12-406-000-6453/DRS210068). The additional funding will be utilized for the additional scope of services which include plans and specifications to be revised for Tijerina Estates and to modify the type “c” inlets for Sunrise Subdivision.
