BACKGROUND
No fiscal impact, The State of Texas originally set up the water account as a “temporary meter” as per North Alamo Water Supply regulations, then when Hidalgo County received the title for the property and facility we were required to change the account to a permanent meter. All funds have been paid and account is up to date.
