BACKGROUND
AEP is a sole provider of light service in Sullivan City. The city is requesting street lights and street light poles to be installed utilizing the FY 2013 Sullivan City Street Improvement Project line item. (Attached is the AEP Contribution-In-Aid-of-Construction Agreement and Sole Source Declaration)
