Presentation of scoring grid with recommendation for Commissioners Court to ratify the ranking (based on grading averages from evaluations done by Pct. #4) with approval of the negotiated professional engineering services contract with Quintanilla, Headley & Associates (highest scored firm) for street improvements to Hinojosa Road for Precinct #4.
BACKGROUND
Urban County Program and Precinct No. 4 requests approval to enter into a professional service contract in the amount of $13,170.00 utilizing Year 19 (2006) funds for street improvements. Quintanilla Headley & Associates, was the highest rated firm out of three evaluated. Attached for your review is an itemized scope of services and recommendation letter.
