Requesting approval of Year 28 (2015) Urban County Program Interlocal Agreements with (16) participating cities and authorization for Hidalgo County Judge Ramon Garcia to sign any and all agreements.

In order to ensure the proper expenditures of CDBG funds, as outlined in 24 CFR Part 570 and other related federal rules and regulations as they apply, an Interlocal Agreement must be formally executed on an annual basis between the County of Hidalgo and each member of the Urban County Program participating cities. Interlocal Agreements will be executed with the following cities:

	Alamo	Elsa	La Villa	Progreso
	Alton	Granjeno	Mercedes	San Juan
	Donna	Hidalgo	Palmview	Sullivan City
	Edcouch	La Joya	Peñitas	Weslaco

Note: Interlocal Agreements will be submitted for County Judge's signature upon receipt of agreement from cities.
