Requesting authority to enter into a (1) one-year software maintenance agreement/technical support with "ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS RESEARCH INSTITUTION, INC." (ESRI) through TBPC-DIR-SDD-492 contract in the total of $5,000.00/year. Requisition # 115604 effective 10/04/2007 ending 10/03/2008.
Notes: 1) Maintenance fees for ArcIMS, ArcSDE and ArcGIS Server current with maintenance prior to December 31, 2006 have been transferred to the new ArcGIS Server 9.2 licenses; and,
2) The ArcGIS Server 9.2 migration policy allows these transferred licenses to be eligible for maintenance fees with no increase in pricing for software maintenance.
