Presentation for consideration, discussion, approval and/or action in connection with financing options for the purchase of sixty-one (61) vehicles for the Sheriff's Office(bid no.07-229) including, but not limited to, the following:
A. Presentation (by Roel Gomez, Rural Development Specialist with USDA, if necessary) or County Judge's staff on the status of Hidalgo County's USDA's Texas Community Facilities Direct Loan/Grant Program application approved for submission by Commissioners Court on 6-12-07 with authority for County Judge and/or Court Member/Commissioner to execute all required documents; or, in the alternative;
B. Authority for Hidalgo County Judge and/or Court Member/Commissioner to execute all required loan/finance documents and forward to Ford Motor Credit as previously approved by CC on 5-15-07;
