On behalf of Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4, the Urban County Program is requesting authority to rescind action taken on May 19, 2015 for issuance of purchase order to Accessibility Checks and Control for ADA Plan review for the Brewster Park Improvements project in the amount of $1,475.00, utilizing FY 26 (2013) Parks Recreational Facility Improvements funds -(Brewster Park Project).
BACKGROUND
The Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 obtained three written quotes for ADA review of plans and drawings for the Brewster Park Improvements Project on May 19, 2015, Hidalgo County Commissioners' Court approved Accessibility Checks and Control. ACC has opted not to provide the service being requested. Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 will request three additional quotes and resubmit for approval.
