From Interlocal:
Whereas, County desires to assist City in that certain parking lot construction project located on University Drive (SH 107) more
particularly described as City of Edinburg Economic Development council building parking lot more specifically described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto in the City which construction shall not include curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA Ramps, Driveways or striping of such parking lot (the "Work")
County agrees to perform the Work in accordance with the specifications prepared by Quintanilla, Headley & Associates, Inc. dated March 10, 2014, (a copy of such specifications attached hereto as Exhibit A). City agrees to pay County a lump sum of Seventy Four Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty One & 00/100ths Dollars ($74,921.00) within fifteen (15) days of City's execution of this Agreement for performance of the Work (the "City Payment").
