Requesting approval of a professional surveyor services contract with Delta Rio Surveying II, Inc. d/b/a Rio Delta Surveying for "Sunrise Park" for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1. (As selected after evaluation of S.O.Q.'s from the Pool of Surveyors and previously approved by C.C. on July 24, 2007 for negotiation of the contract with Delta Rio Surveying II, Inc. d/b/a Rio Delta Surveying and approved as to form by legal counsel to proceed with final execution of contract).

Article 3 "Compensation"
The maximum amount payable under this contract shall not exceed $8,300.00 (see attachment B) the amount agreed for each work order unless an amendment is executed as provided hereinafter. The surveyor is authorized to submit periodic requests for payment within thirty days after completion of each work order. (IC 8-16-07).
