1. Hold a Public Hearing to consider public comments for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1’s proposed budget and program amendment for Fiscal Years 21, 22, 27, & 28 (2008, 2009, 2014 & 2015) original work plan and forfeited funds. The proposed amendment will decrease the Park, Recreational Facilities line items; delete the Progreso Lakes Street Improvements activities and reallocate funds into the Precinct No. 1 Street Improvements activity for the continuation of the street reconstruction and drainage improvements to Old La Blanca Road North (Mile 9 N. to Mile 12 North Road, Donna, TX).

BACKGROUND
A Public Hearing will be held on October 13, 2015 at 9:30 A.M. and citizen participation requirements will be met. Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 proposed budget amendment for Fiscal Years 21, 22, 27, & 28 (2008, 2009, 2014 & 2015) original work plan, utilizing forfeited funds:
Year 21 (2008)
Decrease – Park, Recreational Facilities activity by $4,466.07; Increase - Street Improvements activity by $4,466.07; Add the following scope of work: the reconstruction and drainage improvements to Old La Blanca Road North (Mile 9 N. to Mile 12 North Road, Donna, TX), previously environmentally cleared in FY 26 (2013).
Year 22 (2009)
Decrease – Park, Recreational Facilities activity by $9,240.66; Increase - Street Improvements activity by $9,240.66; Add the following scope of work: the reconstruction and drainage improvements to Old La Blanca Road North (Mile 9 N. to Mile 12 North Road, Donna, TX), previously environmentally cleared in FY 26 (2013).
Year 27 (2014) forfeited funds
