Request for approval to add three (3) additional years for software data importation from Fundware software into Financial Edge software for a total of five (5) years.
BACKGROUND
An agenda was taken to County Commissioner’s Court on September 29, 2015 for Urban County Program to migrate our existing accounting software Fundware to Financial Edge. After numerous discussions with the Financial Edge consultant, it was highly recommended that Urban County Program go with five (5) years of financial data history. Finally, due to a credit issued of $2,703.68 the additional three (3) years is at no additional cost to Urban County Program. As a result, the total amount of the Purchase Order will not change.
