A.   Presentation by Wm. "Bill" Rusteberg, Insurance Advisory Group, Inc., Hidalgo County's consultant on the status of Hidalgo County's 457 Deferred Compensation Plan with applicable action in connection with discussions in continuing the current program under the mutual fund approach or electing to change to an annuity philosphy; or, in the alternative,

B.   Requesting authority to advertise for: "Record Keeping Services" for Hidalgo County's 457 Deferred Compensation Program; or, in the alternative;

C.    Select through our membership/participation through cooperative purchasing programs and/or associations awarded vendors for 457 Deferred Compensation Plan providers and thus comply with procurement requirements;
