The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Palmview is requesting approval of Amendment No.2 to the Professional Engineering contract with SAMES Engineering, Inc. The amendment will increase the amount of the existing contract $49,295.00 by $23,750.00. The new contract amount will be $73,045.00, utilizing Check No. 51675- City of Palmview General Funds.
BACKGROUND
SAMES, Inc. contract was approved on April 15, 2014, project requires additional services needed to revise the previously completed plans and specification to reflect the re-design of plans and specification to include a Bridge for the Homa Road Street Improvement Project as required by Irrigation District No. 1.
