BACKGROUND
Pct. #1 requests approval to cancel the 2007 Subrecipient Agreement with Communities In Schools in the amount of $2,000.00. The subrecipient was unable to comply with program requirements and requested to withdraw their agreement. See attached correspondence from the subrecipient and recommendation by Pct. 1.
