BACKGROUND
Urban County Program for Pct. #1 requests approval to amend the 2007 Subrecipient Agreement for the International Valley Health Institute to allow expenditures for salaries and mileage for outreach workers in addition to the purchase of first aid kits and related supplies. Attached is Precinct No. 1 staff recommendation and revised Pct exhibits.
