BACKGROUND
Agreement will facilitate the purchase of right-of-way for the FM88 Road Project.
City will reimburse County its local contribution for the Project in the amount of 4.3% of the total Project or what is estimated to be Nine Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars and 44/100 ($9,365.44) within thirty (30) days upon receipt of invoice from County.
