BACKGROUND
Bids were requested and received for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 - GLO Peñitas Drain Phase II flood and drainage improvements. Bids were opened at Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on September 13, 2017. After review, the project engineer Javier Hinojosa recommended Mor-Wil, LLC as the lowest responsible bidder. (See attached recommendation letter from Javier Hinojosa Engineering and a copy of the bid tabulations).
