2. Requesting approval to an Inter-local Cooperation and Property Transfer Agreements between Hidalgo County and Brooks County;
3. Requesting authority to remove said radio equipment listed in exhibit "A" and exhibit "B" from the Hidalgo County Emergency Management inventory list.
