(C-18-144-05-08) for the purpose of Appraisal Review Services of Appraised properties located within Hidalgo County Pct. 4. Subject to compliance with HB 1295 when and if applicable.

BACKGROUND
On May 28, 2018 , Commissioner's Court approved contract with Professional Appraisal Services, Inc. (C-18-144-05-08), for Appraisal Review Services for Hidalgo County Pct. 4 "ON-CALL". See attached Contract, Exhibits, HB 1295 Form and Certificate of Liability Insurance. Acquisition of land will be for the UCP-GLO 2015 Flood Grant (South East Area of Pct. 4).
