Presentation for discussion, consideration and approval including, but not limited to, the following:
A)   Status of contract  negotiations with the number one (1) ranked architectural firm for the design and construction of sub-stations for Hidalgo County;

B)   Clarifications and/or direction by CC on the construction budget under the proceeds from the 2006 series-certificates of obligation to apply solely to the brick and mortar, architectural & engineering and infrastructure f-f & e for one (1) and/or two (2) sub-stations with construction of said facilities to be simultaneous or staggered;

C)   Other related issues.
