1. Hold Public Hearing to consider public comments on a proposed budget and program amendment for Pct. #3 utilizing Urban County funds from Program Year 20 (2007) forfeited funds. The amendment will provide additional funding for Street Improvements, Drainage, and Fire Protection Services.
2. Consideration and Approval of an amendment to the Urban County Pct. #3 Year 20 (2007) CDBG work plan for the following:
    a. Increase Fire Station line item to $300,000.00 for purchase of fire protection unit(s).
    b. Decrease Youth Services line item by $24,651.00 to increase Street Improvement line item to $420,362.00.
    c. Create a Flood Drain Improvement line item for Monica Acres in the amount of $41,352.00.

Hidalgo County Precinct No.3 is requesting approval of the Budget / Program Amendment for Program Year 20 (2007) to provide additional funding for Street Improvements and drainage.  A public hearing was held on November 27, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. and citizen participation requirements have been met.
