1. The HOME Division of the Urban County Program requests approval to recapture $40,025.67 from FY 2004 Proyecto Azteca CHDO Contract.
2. The HOME Division of the Urban County Program requests approval to increase the FY 2005 Proyecto Azteca CHDO Contract in the amount of $40,025.67 to be utilized to build two additional units.
BACKGROUND
The Urban County Program HOME Division received a request from Proyecto Azteca pertaining to the utilization of surplus funds within their completed FY 2004 Contract in the amount of $40,025.67. The additional funds in the FY 2005 contract will allow the CHDO to produce two (2) additional units within this fiscal year.
This action will allow for an amendment to the FY 2005 Contract to be increased from $825,000 to $865,025.67.
