Requesting approval of Performance Statement and Contract Budget Modification #2 to the Office of Rural Community Affairs (ORCA) 2006 Colonia EDAP Contract Grant #726155.

BACKGROUND

The Performance Statement and Budget Amendment is requesting ORCA to allocate funds in the amount of $2,616 for Professional Engineering Services from the General Administration Line Item. The allocation and transfer of funds is necessary due to a conflict in the existing sewer line that required that the water line be relocated. The water re-alignment cost will be $32,700 and will be paid by matching funds from Pct. #1, 2007 CDBG Funds.
