A. Presentation by project architect ROFA and/or contractor Joe Williamson Construction Co. of punch list with applicable and/or necessary action;
B. Approval of Request for Application No. 14 (partial release of retainage) in the amount of $103,952.44 from Joe Williamson Construction Co., awarded contractor for the, "New Administration Building," and as certified for payment by project architect, Rike Ogden Figueroa Allex Architects Inc., with authority for payment to be issued and released by County Treasurer after submission of all required documentation with review and processing procedures by the Hidalgo County Auditor's Office.
BACKGROUND
Notes:
1) Each department housed at New Administration Building was interviewed and met with to address any/all items related to the punch list;
2) Architect has estimated/projected a value to those items still pending on "punch list";
3) Change Order #9 with a total value of $47,350.84;
4) Total value attributable to both Punch List and Change Order #9 is approx. $50,000.00
