A. Requesting exception from "Order" approved designating 10-12-07 as deadline for major purchases for the 93rd. State District Court to acquire flooring and office furniture (chairs) for juror room with assurances by 93rd. & vendors that all requested goods and/or services will be received and installed prior to 12-31-07;
B. Presentation for discussion, consideration, acceptance and approval of a proposal received from Tandus US Inc. though our participation/membership with TXMAS 5-721A060A for the provision of labor and materials as attached hereto for approximately 680 s/f of Wood Classic Funish Flooring, including but not limited to floor prep., cove base installation and any other accessories/appurtenances as related to complete project # 07-455 to be installed in the 93rd District Court juror room, in an amount to not exceed $5911.60.
