BACKGROUND
The Border Security Enhancement Operations (Operation Border Star) grant original acceptance of contract (participation in the Operation Border Star Project) was presented and approved by CC on 10-9-07, refer to AI 5898 as per Blanca Sanchez, Constable Pct. 1 Chief Deputy. However approval to appropriate the orginal grant award of $72,982.76 was not presented to Court.
This item is requesting approval to appropriate original award amount of $72,982.76 and the additional amendment amount of $45,647.26 for a total award amount of $118,630.02. In addition, this item is requesting approval to accept the interlocal cooperation contract amendment no. 1.
The contract amendment no. 1 stipulates an additional performance period for reimbursement of 10-24-07 to 11-13-07.
