The Urban County Program requests approval of Amendment No. 1 to reduce the Subrecipient Agreement with the Mid Valley Boys & Girls Club (Youth Services) from $93,907.00 to $75,904.60 for Urban County Program Year 20 (2007).
BACKGROUND
The amendment is necessary because the City of Mercedes opted to terminate its funding portion of the subrecipient agreement and youth services will now be provided by the city as of December 18, 2007.
