Requesting authority to exercise the second (2nd) year of the additional two (2) one (1) year term extension as provided in current contract for:"Repairs, Installation and Removal of Communication & Radio Tower Miscellaneous Equipment" for the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office, under the same rates, terms and conditions with SOUTH TEXAS COMMUNICATIONS, INC.- Effective: 01/01/08 - 12/31/08
C. Requesting authority to exercise the sixty (60) day grace period extension with Diversified Integrated Systems Inc. in connection with the current Contract# C-06-389-12-05- "Service & Maintenance to the Adult Detention Electronic System" for Hidalgo County Sheriff s Office while procurement process is completed. Effective Date: 01/01/08-03/01/08 or upon new award of bid (which ever comes first).
