A. Presentation for discussion consideration and acceptance to seek proposals from qualified awarded vendors through our membership/participation of interlocal cooperative purchasing programs for the previsions of a turnkey solution (to include consulting services) in connection with the design and installation of an audio and visual design services for the New Government Facility; or in the alternative,
B. Select, grade, rank & negotiate a contract from Hidalgo County's "Pool" of engineers and/or architects for the provision of services related to the development, drafting and design the audio visual components/system for the purpose of soliciting sealed bids for the New Government Facility; or, in the alternative,
C. Requesting authority to advertise a project specific Request for Qualifications for engineering services related to the development, drafting and design of the audio visual components/system specifications and requirements for the soliciting sealed bids for the New Government Facility;

At this time the only estimated cost that can be determined would be for audio visual system for Commissioners Court only at approximately $65,000 to $80,000.00 (these figures are base don similar type of system currently utilized at City Commission of Weslaco which does not include an audio/visual studio). This does not include professionals fees for drafting and developing specifications. In addition, there is no estimated costs at this time for the audio & visiual system for the studio portion of the facility.
