A.  Presentation for discussion, consideration and action to "rescind" the announcement of the #1 ranked firm previously approved on Commissioner's Court meeting of 12/26/07 for a professional service for Engineer Services in connection with Hidalgo County Precinct No 3- Various La Homa Rd Projects; as requested by Precinct 3, due to incorrect grid of  scored/graded engineers.

B. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024 (A)(4) a professional service for engineer services in connection with Hidalgo County Precinct No 3- Various La Homa Rd Projects; 

C. Presentation of scoring grid (for the purposes of ranking by CC) of the firms graded & evaluated through the County's approved "pool" of engineers in connection with professional engineer services required for the design construction of Hidalgo County Precinct No 3 - Various La Homa Rd Project;
