Requesting authority to publish an advertisement for a Request for Proposals to establish a "pool" of qualified firms/individuals for the provision of qualified professional consulting services in connection with seeking funding and assistance through state, federal and other sources on an "as needed basis" with development of qualifications, scope of services, requirements, term of contract, minimum experience, type of compensation (i.e. contingency basis, fixed fees, expense reimbursements, selection criteria and values of criteria etc.) through Commissioners Court (or designee);

Note:  Project cannot be published until all aspects of project (i.e. minimum qualifications, scope of services, specificaitons and/or requirements, terms of contract and options to renew/extend, minimum experience, type of compensaiton, selection and grading criteria etc.) are approved by CC.
