Discussion for consideration and approval to award the lowest bidder that meets all required specifications submitted for the proposed renovations and/or repairs to the County owned building known as the Progreso CRC Building, to include but not limited to labor, materials and any other appurtenances as needed for the renovations of proposed Progreso CRC Building, to Clean Air Solutions in the amount not to exceed $94,550.00.

As per recommendation from Daniel Flores, B&G Director; also attached please find a Cost Breakdown for the proposed project #07-366-10-31-OGG for your review, CAS meets all required specifications.
