Requesting approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the County of Hidalgo And the City of La Joya for Alex Street extending from U.S. 83 south to Fifth Street, a distance of approximately 1,600 feet in length.
BACKGROUND
La Joya desires to seek assistance from the County to make improvements to Alex Street extending from U.S. 83 south to Fifth Street, a distance of approximately 1,600 feet in length. Located one half within the La Joya city limits and one half within the County limits. County is to provide labor and equipment for this project. The City of La Joya is to be responsible for the cost for materials and/ or supplies to be used for this project.
