A.  Pursuant to a recommendation by L & G Engineering (contracted consulting engineer) for the "Turnkey Solution for the Demolition and Removal of Structures and Below Ground Tanks and related equipment" (located at 201 & 217 North Closner, Edinburg, Texas) with authorization to obtain a survey (of both properties) including staking to identify all utility easments and other requirements;

B. Presentation, discussion, consideration and action to "nominate" three (3) surveyors from the County's approved "pool" of surveyors in connection with "professional surveying services" as recommended by project consultants for the "Turnkey Solution for Demolition and Removal of Structures and Below Ground Tanks and related equipment" (located at 201 & 217 North Closner, Edinburg, Texas);

C.  Selection of assignment/designation of grader/evaluator (i.e. project point of contact or other as determined by commissioner's court)
