Presentation for discussion, consideration and approval to award proposal (s) received (through Hidalgo Countys membership/participation with state, cooperative purchasing programs or interlocal awarded jocs or construction services vendors to Clean Air Solutions for the provision of all labor, materials and related accessories, including, but not limited to, landscaping services, for the properties fka, Shady Lawn Parking Lot and the New Administration Bldg in the amount of 50,775.00 with an alternate of $5,520.00 for a total of $56,295.00. The City of Edinburg has agreed for the installation of only 9 pods as opposed to the proposed 12 pods allowing a savings of $11,338.40.
