Requesting approval of Change Order Nos. 1 through 3 (C-19-017-11-15) with 2GS, LLC dba Earthworks Enterprise for the Hidalgo County Precinct #2 - Dicker Road Reconstruction Project from (23rd Street to Jackson Road) as recommended by the project engineer, Saul Muñoz, P.E.

BACKGROUND

CO #1-Modify Traffic Control Plan from 23rd to 10th St and reduce construction cost;
CO #2-additional culverts needed due to plan error;
CO #3-waterline construction work added through ICA between County and Mcallen PUB

Change Orders 1 through 3 will increase the contract $287,083.94.
