A.  Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024 (A)(4) a professional service in connection with Surveying and related services for the following:
1.  Hidalgo County's pauper Cemetery adjacent to Hillcrest Memorial (privately-owned) & Brushwood  (city-owned) Cemeteries located on east Schunior Street in Edinburg, Texas;
2.  Determination and identification of utilities easements on the properties between the New Administration, New Adult Probation Buildings & the Rudy de la Vina Juvenile Detention Facility in order to trench and lay network infrastructure

B.  Presentation of  the grid  reflecting all Surveyors on County's  approved "pool" (for the purposes of ranking by CC) based on the "completion time proposed" by each firm for the provision of the services detailed herein for the above mentioned projects:
