1. Rio Delta Engineering: Install an 8" waterline to be encased within a 15" PVC casing to be located approximately 1265' West of the intersection of Mon Mack and Rogers Rd.
2. Rio Delta Engineering: Install an 8" sewer line to be encased within a 15" PVC casing to be located approximately 800' West of the intersection of Mon Mack and Rogers Rd., this line will run 339.59 ft along the south Right of Way of Rogers Rd.
3. El Paso E & P Co. L.P.: Install a 3" water line on Mile 14 between N.Moorefield Rd. and Bryan Rd. approximately 2.5 miles.
