A draft copy of the COVID-19 Substantial Budget & Program Amendment for FY33 (2020) Action Plan was made available for public review at the Urban County Program office, Hidalgo County Precinct offices and county website for a five (5) day comment period beginning on July 16, 2020 and ending on July 20, 2020.   All comments received will be noted in the final COVID-19 Substantial Amendment submitted to HUD.
