2.  Requesting approval to accept the ZIKA Healthcare Services Grant Contract HHS000059600001, Amendment No. 4 and to have County Judge e-sign the Amendment.  The purpose of the amendment is to decrease Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) funds.
