Presentation for discussion, consideration and action for Hidalgo County to engage architectural services through:
A. the approved "pool" (completing the nomination, scoring/evaluation, ranking and negotiation process); or,
B. the publication of an advertisement for a project specific RFQ;
for architectural services to generate a set of "AS BUILT" drawings of the existing Courthouse to include annexes and the surrounding parking areas & sidewalks for the purposes of addressing required renovations.

Possible funding source will be the County Wide Administration Account (Contingency). Project developement will necessitate the creation of proper accounts to be determined by the Auditors Office. (RS)
Funding for this engagement would need to be identified and in place at the time of approving a negotiated contract with the architectural firm. (MS)
