Requesting declaration of public purpose pursuant to the Texas Constitution Article 3 Section 52 for the purchase of promotional items specifically challenge coins. These items will be used to promote our department to other law enforcement agencies and/or constituents. All promotional items acquired will be through the County requisition and purchase order procedures with proper and available funding for said expenditures.
