Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 is requesting approval to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Donna for the contribution of CDBG funds to the Altas Palmas Park utilizing Urban County Funding Year 19 (2006).
BACKGROUND
The County agrees it is in its best interest to provide assistance to the City of Donna and is requesting approval to enter into an Interlocal Agreement in which the County will contribute funds to include, but not limited to, the purchase of portable bleachers and related project expenditures. Approval is recommended by the Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 and the City of Donna.
Funds Available:
Year 19 (2006) Parks, Recreational Facilities $27,900.07
Amount of Interlocal Agreement: $27,900.07
