Restatement of Approved Consent Agenda Item #72163 [CC 09-10-19]: Pursuant to Texas Government Code 263.151(1), Facilities Management is requesting included but not limited to CC action for the following items more specifically described in Exhibit and Pics attached herein:
1. Authority to recycle metal items [attached pictures] as surplus or salvage [whichever applicable] 'as items are obsolete and/or unusable';
2. As per TxLGC 262(a)(1)(3) approve an "Order" that the "salvage property be discarded by either: a) sale as scrap metal, OR b) or as recommended by Facilities be delivered to the closest recycling center so as to reduce transportation and staff expenses;
