Consideration and approval of Construction Contract Change Order for the City of Peñitas Street Improvement Project. Change Order No. 1 will increase the current construction contract with 2GS, LLC dba Earthworks Enterprise in the amount of $121,955.25, and authorize the County Judge to sign any and all documents associated with the Change Order.

BACKGROUND

The increase in construction contract price is due to additional adjacent streets. Funding for this change order increase will be from City of Peñitas Street Improvement funding (FY32 & FY33).

Change Order # 1:                     121,955.25    ($    2,823.50 – 2019 Street Improvements)
