1. Approval to renew Memoraundum of Understanding (MOU) between Hidalgo County and Mission CISD and La Joya ISD for the fiscal year 2022 (period of 9-1-2021 to 8-31-2022) in relation to the STOP Truancy Program with authority for Couny Judge, as Authorized Official, to execute agreements.
2. Approval of certification of revenues, as certified by the Co. Auditor, and appropriation of same.

BACKGROUND
The memorandum of understanding agreeements will fund a total of 4 deputy constable positions salaries, allowances, & fringes in order to provide school resource officers for the school districts for FY 2022 (9-1-2021 to 8-31-2022)
Mission CISD portion is 70%/County's portion is 30% (3 deputy constables)
La Joya ISD portion is 50%/County's portion is 50% (1 deputy constable)
