Project consists of overlay of streets within Mata & La Estrella Subdivision and abutting/adjacent streets within the same general vicinity.  Other expenditures will include professional engineering services, geo-technical and material testing fees etc. for Mata Blvd, Ramona Blvd., Ruben St & La Estrella St.
