BACKGROUND
2nd Amended agreement extends the term one additional year from 9-3-2021 to 9-2-2022 for FY 2021, 2nd year extension. In addition, this amendment requires TAMUK to reimburse the county for actual costs associated to this agreement on a monthly basis. The $45.00/hr rate is removed.
